From pen to paper,
from thought to laptop,
let’s write it down.

A feeling contained in a word. This is how it began. In the speech of others, phrases felt significant, like a highlighter in my brain, through language and its cadence. Either poetic, sweet, silly, or just true, I wrote them all down. This is what I build from.

“Allow God’s light to simply shine through you.”

Which is to say, let’s lean in. Let’s trust the process and see where the light may lead us. My artistic goal is to create both space and comfort, for you and me, allowing safe passage for the best parts to come out.

It began on sticky notes, and when they became too small, I used far too many. When the stickies became too many, I switched to notes on my phone. Then I went to the notebooks. Now there are so many notebooks…
